Q: Is there any cost for quotation?

A: No, quotation is free.

Q: Is there a minimum translation fee?

A: There is a minimum translation fee for all new projects. This is because there is a startup cost for any new projects - the project manager will carry out case analysis, arrange translators and proofreaders, and our translators will usually make an investigation before stating any new topic.

The minimum cost for a project on a new topic is US $20 if the translation is between English/Chinese and another major language. Else the minimum fee will be US $30.

For an existing project, minor revision will be free within 1 month after project delivery. There may be some fee, including possible minimum translation fee, if revision request comes rather long after last delivery. It's case-based.

Q: What's the benefit to be a member?

A: No membership is required for any translation service. However, A member account can save your bank transaction fees if you often use our services. Besides, VIP Members (all except for Basic Member) can enjoy a discount from 5% to 20% for all translation orders.

Q: What type member should I apply for?

A: Please read the Member page for details.

Q: How to become a member?

A: You can become a Basic Member, or a VIP Member (Green, Silver, Golden or Diamond), or both. Member is established by adding the minimum fee as described in the Member page. Please contact us for payment details.

Q: Can I refund?

A: You cannot refund the balance in the White member account, and it will not expire.

A VIP member can refund, if you account balance is above US $100. Within 3 months before your membership expires, you can refund at 60% of your account balance. Before that, you can refund at 50% of your account balance. You are responsible for the transaction fee. For example, if you have US $500 left in you account and you want to refund in the last month before account expires, you can receive US $300-transaction fee.

However, refund is not the only way for you to use up the money in your account before it expires. You have multiple options - You can renew your account to expand the validity period, share it with your friends to use it up, preorder your further translation projects, or buy our other products.

Q: How to renew membership?

A: Renewing a VIP membership is same in fee as creating a new one. You can change the type of your membership at this time. Your existing balance will remain in your account, and new expiration date will be the old expiration date plus the new period.

Q: How if my membership is about to expire and I still haven't used up my money?

A: The best choice is to use it up before it expires. Remember you can use it by yourself or also for your friends.. You can also renew your account to expand the validity period of your account, or buy our other products. The last choice is to refund it at 50% or 60%.
